Prof. Andreas Melzer, M.D., DDS

International Coordinator

Dr. Melzer, from the University of Dundee (Scotland), is a leading expert in the development of advanced technologies for imaging techniques such as CT, nuclear magnetic resonance, and ultrasound. He holds more than 60 patents. He is the Principal Investigator of the European IIIOS Network Initiative, which aims to develop new methods and educate professionals in the use of advanced imaging techniques in medicine. This project also involves St. Anne's University Hospital in Brno.

MUDr. Marek Orban

National Coordinator

Dr. Orban is a leading Czech expert in the use of imaging techniques, particularly ultrasound, in cardiology. He completed a three-year scientific fellowship at Mayo Clinic with a focus on new uses of echocardiography in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
