The project objective is to contribute to higher employability of the graduates of doctoral programmes. Under the project, a position will be created for one postdoc, who will be integrated into the International Clinical Research Center (FNUSA-ICRC) to the “Development of New Methods for Early Detection and Advanced Treatment of Neurological Diseases” research program.

The research program is coordinated by doc. MUDr. Robert Mikulík, Ph.D.

Apart from scientific research, the postdoc will participate in the educational activities of FNUSA-ICRC (lecturing for pre-graduate students, expert discussions with doctors before attestation and postgraduate students). The partial objective of the project is to support mobility between research institutions. The postdoc will be given an opportunity to complete a 6-month fellowship abroad.

In the course of project duration, the postdoc will present all his/her research results and outputs at international foreign conferences. The total number of conferences planned is three in the USA, and one in Europe.

The project is financed from the European Social Fund and from the state budget of the Czech Republic under the Education for Competitiveness Operational Program.
